-Avoid consuming highly acidic foods and drinks

-Use a straw if you do consume acidic drinks

-Chew sugar-free gum regularly

-Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste

-Rinse your mouth with fluoride mouthwash

-Receive a professional fluoride treatment at our office

-Drink water throughout the day

-Consider protecting your teeth with dental sealants
