Dr. Cindy B. Wassif
Dr. Cindy Wassif’s path to dentistry began at her mother’s side. Growing up watching her mom work as a dental assistant, she developed an early appreciation for the warmth and community a dental office could offer. That experience shaped everything. She went on to earn her BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where she was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society for exceptional proficiency in crowns, bridges, and dentures. She then completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency before opening her own practice in Middle River in 2005.
More than 20 years later, Dr. Wassif remains as committed to learning as she was on day one. She participates in study groups and masterclasses through the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Baltimore County Dental Association, and ACT Dental. She recently expanded the practice to include EMFACE, EXION, and EXION Clear RF, bringing advanced facial wellness into a dental setting and offering patients a truly whole-face approach to care.
What drives Dr. Wassif is not the clinical work alone. It is the people. She believes that if you slow down and truly listen, patients will tell you everything you need to know. Every appointment is an opportunity to hear someone’s story, understand their concerns, and help them feel better about their smile and their health.
Outside the office, Dr. Wassif is a devoted wife and mother of two Eagle Scouts, Dylan and Jacob. She and her husband Chris have volunteered with the Boy Scouts for more than 15 years, a commitment rooted in the belief that giving back is how communities thrive. In her downtime she loves camping, boating, crafting, and above all, spending time with her family.
